Kevin has joined us recently as Head of Sales and Marketing. This is a new role for JML and it reflects the fact our customer base is expanding deeper into the police service, across into other blue light organisations and beyond that into other regulated industries.
After an early career as a Logistics Officer in the Royal Air Force and a couple of years in logistic roles in Norway, Kevin has specialised in promoting technology solutions to the UK Emergency Services for the last 15 years.
Kevin will be looking at new prospective market opportunities domestically and internationally as well as managing the UK Sales and Account Management team.
James joined us as Head of Development and Support. He is responsible for the software and support side of the business. Previously he worked for Accenture UK working with UK Government clients on cloud-based micro-service infrastructure projects.
His brief at JML is to drive agile transformation within the company and modernise the development process so JML’s products align more closely to customer needs and get to market quickly and efficiently. The aim is to reduce the lead time between idea and outcome as much as possible.
James will be looking at moving Chronicle into the cloud and an overhaul of the software architecture to give greater performance and customisation possibilities.
